This is one of the paintings that I recently completed for my winter exhibit at Latrobe Art Center in Latrobe, PA. The blue sky and gray clouds frame the Musee d'Orsay and the Pont Royal bridge. I suppose I should have named the painting "View from the Passerelle de Solferino" since that is the bridge that I took the reference photo from, but it's too late, I don't like to re-name paintings. Oil on 40" x 50" x 1 1/2" stretched canvas. SOLD.
