Rockport Marina

I was fortunate enough to take two trips to Massachusetts this summer and made sure to stop in Rockport both times. The first trip was with my husband when I acquired the photo for this painting. The famous Motif No. 1 building is in the background and has been the star of many paintings by many artists. For me, the boats took the main stage. There were rarely ever people on the boats except for weekend nights when locals were getting ready to relax after a week of work. Oil on 24"h x 18" w stretched linen. Available at Artists Hand Gallery in Indiana, PA.
